So recently, my Russell’s Sign (scratches, red marks, etc.) has gotten a lot more noticeable and generally just shittier. I haven’t changed anything about the way I purge (i.e I’m not biting my skin) so I was just wondering if anyone knows any ways to hide it. It’s getting into winter so my skin’s becoming a lot dryer than usual. Should I use moisturiser? Idk help me lol

I think it's unlikely anybody will notice it, and even if they do, they won't know what it is unless they're very knowledgeable about EDs, which most people aren't. If I were you I'd only worry about hiding it if I had an appointment with a therapist or if I was around family who knew about my ED; they might be on the lookout for a Russell's sign

You could maybe try some sort of elaborate rings, like these:

Or even just gloves since it's getting cold where you live

I bite my knuckles and fingers and have developed things that looked like Russell's signs before, despite only having purged once in the entire 11 years that I've had my ED. I have scars from this anxious habit.
As cinnamon_spider said, biting one's knuckles can be a symptom of anxiety, so you could use that as a legitimate excuse.

The problem with using jewellery is it also brings attention to it which then might raise questions. I would go for a concealer that matches the skin tone on your hands. You could also try skin repairing/anti-inflammatory creams at night like using aloe Vera on the areas to help the skin to heal and reduce redness. Also maybe try a different purging technique that doesn't rub your fingers on your teeth? I've experimented with different methods and found it quite successful. But I'm not going to list them ofc. Good luck
