Has anyone loss like s significant amount of weight from consistently restricting and then like binging once/twice a week?

ive been doing this for about 1.5 months and i went from 49kg to 40.5 now
yeah same, i used to high restrict and was able to loose consistently. but then i binged once 3 weeks ago and i can' stop binging and restricting, i hate it.i high restrict and never really binge because this is what helps me lose consistently now

Ah same!Yes, but I gain it all back.as of now, I'm feeling like trash, even though I was high restricting, I got the urge to binge, so I've binging this WHOLE week, and I look like a whale.
