What do you do to keep you from fainting?

Last time I went to the gym while restricting, I got off the elliptical and strangely felt an urge to just start violently vomiting

( I didn't vomit, but that's what the feeling was like)

and I was terribly dizzy.

The feeling wouldn't stop, and driving home that day was terribly frightening.

I wasn't even pushing myself that hard?

I plan my intake around the times of right before and after I workout. I also take amino energy which is kind of like a pre workout and contains caffeine to give me a boost. You could also try coffee! Just not too much. And then I also put a scoop of monosodium phosphate in with the amino energy. Right before I get on the machine I take two glucose tabs to be safe (if feeling especially low) and during my workout I use Powerade zero to get electrolytes. Sometimes I add an emergen-c to the Powerade for extra vitamin c and b vitamins.

I know the feeling... I'm sorry!

Make sure to get some kind of energy. Usually I'll have 80 cals worth of oatmeal with a caffeine pill to hold me over my workout. Drink lots of water or electrolytes(anything but water will make me sick during workout) and if I'm famished after, I'll make a 100cal fruit smoothie. Just some ideas.(if the intake of any food worries you , then add more to your workout. For example, I'll usually burn 200 added to 1000 b/c of my smoothie and oatmeal)
