Just wondering what your day-to-day eating habits are. I usually try and have a small breakfast and then some days skip lunch because my family has me eat dinner with them. But on the days that I can skip dinner, I eat a small lunch too and then a snack after school to keep my energy going. On "hi-cal" days I eat at all three meals.

my doctors really hate me so they gave me some medications that make you a binge eater(and i was anorexic, real hell isn't it? :( )
a day ago i stopped eating again(yesterday i took only breakfast: cereal) and today i took only some salad and cereal again(that's all for today).

i can't handle those meds anymore so i just stopped taking them

I generally don't have breakfast at all because I (sometimes purposefully) wake up too late and am in a rush to school. Then I'll fast until 2:30pm and hope my mother hasn't cooked a too unhealthy lunch. I'll eat as little as possible, then nothing until dinner which is generally either a salad (yay) or something unhealthy (then I eat as little as I can without making my mom suspicious, and/or purge).
If my mother isn't home I'll generally have no meals at all, or if I'm REALLY hungry I'll have some salad with no dressing or anything (5cal).
If for whatever reason (mostly munchies) I get really hungry while I'm not home, I'll have a rice cake (27 calories) or some fruit. Maybe if I'm fasting all day I'll have a Special K bar (<100cal).
All my meals are tea or coffee and obviously I chain smoke throughout the day

Breakfast kills me. I avoid it like the plague.
I do have two bites of food, usually a few almonds, with my medidence before I work out and go to class

I don't eat lunch unless I'm starving

I chew gum and swig coffee (2-3 pots a day, black) like a pro

Dinner--I used to eat at 3:30 but now eat at 5

If I have energy, I go work out and try to ignore The Midnight Monster (aka bp a half gallon of ice cream.)

Purging ruins me, I hate it and don't understand how people can do it and be fine after. I get really sick the next day if I do it more than once in a week.

Snacks are rare and usually unacceptable

I like the majority of my food at night. I sleep better full, and I'm waaaaaay to active during the day to eat. I usually puke if I eat something while training during the day.

Wake up around 4:30 am.
Skip breakfast or have a cup of black coffee around 9 am.
Chug water (4-8 cups) until 1 pm.
Have protein shake (powder 130 cals, 1 cup water, 1 cup almond milk 30 cals) around 1:30 pm.
Chug more water (2-4 cups) until 5 pm.
Min 500- max 800 cal dinner, vegan anything, around 5:30pm- 7:00 pm, eaten slowly through that time frame.
1/4 cup of nuts or handful of dates around 8:30 pm.(Usually 160-200 cals)
9 pm sleep
If I feel like I'm gonna drop during the day I will permit myself a snack of fruit.

I pretty much always have three meals a day,but small ones. Usually I'll have yoghurt or fruit for breakfast and fruit/veg/salad for lunch and dinner too

I only ever eat dinner

Unless I'm fasting, I usually end up just doing dinner. That's mostly because dinner is the meal I tend to share with family and friends the most, so I try to save all my calories for that meal so it looks like I'm eating.

I almost always avoid breakfast and will only eat it if I work that morning and know it'll be a long, hectic shift.

On school days I have class 8-12 and don't get home til 3-5 so I only eat dinner. Since these are low activity days usually I try to only have veggies and protein.

The only time I have lunch is if I'm working a dinner shift and on those days I skip breakfast and dinner. I might have some fruit for breakfast though if I feel lightheaded.
