I take them the morning after binging. Never take laxatives and then binge, you'll get the worst cramps. And laxatives work in the large intestine so the food has been digested by then.

Thanks, that's what I do too! I was wandering because on here I have read of people who take them straight after a binge and I don't know it doesn't make much sense since the food has not been digested?

 

I binge at the evening so i took it straight after purging it kicks out early in the morning

 

It doesn't matter what time you take them since the food will be digested.

When I used them I took one after every meal I think, but I'm not sure because it's a long time ago.

 

Take 'em when the regret kicks in, for me that's immediately after.

 

Laxatives stimulate your digestive system. The food with be digested anyways with the lax,dont think it matters. Although your point of view does make like,way more sense...
