So this content is unavailable. I have decided that if I am going to be doing unhealthy, dangerous things to my body I might as well not trigger, influence, or spread these unhealthy behaviours/ "my tricks" around this community.

zero calories just means under 5 calories per serving. oh and it isn't safe to take more vitamins because they are children vitamins. read them daily % is more for adult then children in some of the stuff. should never take more than it says.

A DIY 0 calorie green tea frapp (that's a mouthful, lol) sounds delicious right about now tbh. :D

I've never really thought about making one! Which is disappointing because I feel like that's the sort of thing that would stop me from binge eating and slowing my progress. :p

Nothing is truly 0 calories. In the US, it can have up to 5 calories, and still be allowed to be labelled as 0 calorie.
