I am 5'4 104lbs. I have been restricting 1200-1300 for the past 2 months exception of maybe two binges. I strength train 6-7 times a week. I do cardio 2-3 times. I walk as much as possible however with school I probably only average at 5-6km. I count macros, drink water etc. I don't fucking know what to do. I'm starting to lose motivation. I'm tired so tired.
Anyone please help or have advice??
