Hey all - new here.
I'm starting at a BMI of 26.
I'm 5 ft 3 and weigh 147 pounds.

I'm on 500/600 calories a day and am determined to stick to it now. I'm also exercising as much as possible and doing 16-18 hour fasts everyday.

I'm thinking a WhatsApp group would be great and so motivating to see what cals other people are eating in a day and would really help with accountability.

Let me know if you want to join and I'll make a group!!!

Yes, I’m in! I’m at a higher BMI than you, and my loss is soooo slow that I’m losing my mind. I would love positive reinforcement because I can SEE a difference and feel it very slightly in my clothes, but the scale itself is so discouraging.
