If I haven't been losing weight today I will go insane.

It's 2 month plateau. I have suffered every f*king single day of hunger. Tried keep going, tried to few days high cals, tried exersize a lot and tried not to do anything, tried everything.

Now I have been making even more effort than never before

- I have now many days very low cals intake

- Started taking diet pills and all kinds of supplements what should boost weight loss

- Exercised very hard everyday even felt exhausted

- Not eating anything sugary except fruits and diet cola

I've been so hungry I haven't been able to sleep, I feel like death.

Weight just not go off. No matter how little I eat, it does not f*king work and it's f*king making me so frustrated.

Today when I get home and go to scale, if I haven't lose weight I don't know what the actual f*ck I'm going to do next.

Wish me luck. I just hope it's below 98,7 lbs finally.

I will come to tell later how it went, if anyone is interested.

What's your stat?

How low have you been regularly restricting to?

When you upped your calories, it was by how many?

What kind(s) of exercise(s) have you been doing?

How is your sleep pattern?

I am in a period where I am not seeing the scale move downward. It plays with my head thus I have not weighed myself.I do have days when my clothing fits great or I feel pretty good. I keep my restriction as best I can (have had one or two binges but no more than 1,000 cals). Alcohol seems to be my downfall thus I have cut my alcohol intake significantly (l love beer). I am a runner thus I know my calorie burn is fine but here I sit on a plateau just trying to keep my head from sabotaging me. Vaping helps tremendously. Still, I hope to be at goal weight by Christmas.

AND my plateau started when I was eating only 400-600 cals day, then started adding more calories, nothing still happened.

Looks like everything's spot on except that... maybe this time try not to go on very high cal for more than a day? Perhaps try lower cal (like your current 700-800 cals daily) and up it only once a week?
And I would like to suggest to ease on the exercise but replace with yoga every few days.
May seem counterintuitive but probably the plateau is due to physiological stress, then taking things easy may help?
