probably an idiotic question, but is it possible to shove in all of the required nutrients to grow while restricting? just to lay it out there, on average, i eat around 1000 calories every day and 1400 calories once a week, which isn't too bad. i read about how running, jump roping, and yoga help with growth so i'm planning to incorporate that into my schedule.
so for anyone out there who is tall, how did you do it? was it genetics, diet, exercise, etc.? i'm really desperate for a few more inches (5'5" to 5'8") and am still in the phase of growing, but i'm stuck in between this endeavor and my fear of food.
