Any fellow pacers in here?
I usually do 15+k steps in a circle in my room, it's soothing and a good way to keep my cardiovascular health up (especially in the cold/heat), and it's so much quieter than the treadmill (my parents do have one but if they hear me using it for over two hours every day they'll start to get nosey hahaha). For the secrecy issue I also can't wear shoes, only thick socks (since I pace late at night I don't want to disturb anyone's sleep either).
On the downside I've started developing an absolutely EVIL callus on my turn point (top left of my left heel, since I always walk in a clockwise direction) 😭😭😭
I've put large bandaids on the key friction points and under my socks, and I moisturise/exfoliate/use balms/massage them as often as I can, so there's not a lot more that I can do (I mean, other than stopping, buuuuut...), I just wanted to know if there's anyone out there who relates 🥲
