Well, depends on how many kcal there are, and how many u already had. Alcohol is FULL of kcal and thus pretty bad for loosing weight (ignoring the fact that it is pretty bad for u in general).
Drinking ~2.5L a day will definately help u loose weight, and in my experience not drinking at all for two days won't do any good and will only cause u to retain a shit ton of water weight...

Weeeelllll that's a loaded question. Drinking lots of water will definitely help you lose weight. It helps to flush out fat. It prevents your body from holding onto too much water weight. It helps with bowel movements so there will be less food weight in your body. A dehydrated body doesn't process calories as well as a hydrated body does so there is another win. It can also help suppress you appetite as some people eat thinking they are hungry when they are actually just dehydrated. So yeah, there are lots of ways that drinking water can help you lose weight.

As far as juice goes it's more tricky. It really depends on the juice and the calorie content. If you are drinking all your calories in juice instead of food (juice fast) then you will definitely see weight loss. A large portion will be food weight leaving your body. If you are having juice to replace a snack or meal then you will probably see a loss although the sugar content and lack of fiber will leave you feeling hungry a lot more quickly than if you ate the equivalent in solid food. An orange will keep you full much longer than a glass of orange juice.

So my best advice is stick to water. You can never go wrong with water lol.
