What do you do those days when you have extreme brain fog?
Are there any ways to make it better or do you just power through it?
I feel like when my thoughts get really cloudy, i get completely stuck and the whole day just passes by without me doing anything even remotely productive.
I cant even concentrate on a movie or a show.
I am aware that in todays culture, youre always expected to be productive. The society is constantly pushing this toxic mindset that is rooted so deep in the system and im trying really hard to fight that (and failing). It is just really hard trying to not to tie my worth with how much i get done. I feel so miserable if i cannot even achieve my own minor goals (like trying to get through the day like a semi functioning person). This brain fog makes me feel like such a failure and it feels impossible to combat.
