the closest thing you could get to 0 cal yogurt is some sort of indigestible thickener bound in water with maybe sweetener or some seasoning? it would be horrendous! i wish they could make 0 cal versions of food lol. agree that light and fit is good, i just eat plain greek yogurt for cost efficiency

I’m a huge fan of Activia 0% fat-free yogurts. The plain one is 42kcal/100g and sweetened is 51kcal/100g. There are also different flavors but their availability depends on what country you are from. These are the ones I can buy where I live but just to give you an idea of the kcals more or less:
Berry mix = 48kcal/100g
Lemon lime = 48kcal/100g
Peach = 49kcal/100g (my personal favorite)
Kiwi = 50kcal/100g
Pineapple = 50kcal/100g
Prune = 57kcal/100g

They also have some fat-free ones with oats, nuts, chia, and stuff like that and they aren't much higher, like 53 to 63kcal per 100g or something like that, not exactly sure.

You can get Chobani Zero Sugar Greek Yogurt for 60 calories. They have like 12 g of protein and are available in some delicious flavors. The portions are good sized too. I love them!

Even though American believe 0 calorie foods exist, the only thing that is 0 calories is water.

But dam, I WISH greek yoghurt was 0 calories. That would be amazing.

This is my absolute favourite. I hope one day they bring it out in the small tubs/pouch. I have emailed them asking them to.
