Hey guys, I'll be doing the 2468 diet starting from today.

My height is 172cm (5'8), my current weight is 66kg (145.5), and my goal weight is 57kg (125).

My current body measurements are 88cm (34.5) in bust, 66cm (26) in waist, 98cm (38.5) in hips.

I will keep updating every day until I reach my goal weight, since I have school I won't be able to weigh myself until the weekend.

Day 1 - 200 cals

Breakfast: 300 mL of chicken soup with noodles & potato (201 cals).

Lunch: 2 cream puffs (125 cals).

Dinner: White toast (x2) with cheddar cheese slices (x2), and half a tomato (271 cals).

Exercise: 23 min walking + 11.5 mins running + 0.5 mins sprinting (-400 cals).

Total calories: 597 cals.

Total calories burned: 400 cals.

Total net calories: 197 cals.

Apps I've used: MyFitnessPal - to track calories, Running For Weight Loss - for a running workout.

Conclusion: Today wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (because exercising let me consume more calories), however, the cream puffs made me feel a little sick, never eating them again. Can't wait to become the best version of myself.
