Like I feel so happy and fun and on the top of the world when I fast and restrict hard. (Rn I'm 40 hours in a fast) but whenever I eat /binge and although it's food and it's normal to eat. I feel guilty and sad and can't do anything else and just loathe myself.

When you don't eat enough your brain thinks you'll starve to death soon. It begins to produce increased amounts of dopamine, adrenaline, and endorphins to encourage you to look for food and save your life. it's about survival.
But other people don't do this!

I mean they certainly don't get *stuck* fasting but a lot of people just don't enjoy fasting in the first place.

Yeah I agree - deffo the releasing of more chemicals. Sustained Ketosis (through properly fasting) releases all these ^^^ :) for a bit anyway.... lol
