2-3 days ago I started losing weight again. And it's been going well until now. Just as a back story my hw was 371.9. Lost a bunch of weight restricting/fasting, and have been maintaining for over a year because of binging/purging. So a few days ago I was 298.4, yesterday I was 290.1. I was looking forward to seeing 289 today but I'm 293.4 and I don't know why.

I had 1387 cals yesterday. My BMR is about 2100. It doesn't make any sense. And it really upset me and now I'm trying not to binge.. any ideas why I could've gained?

You did not gain fat. Give it more time. A few more days at minimum. The weight of food and water inside of your body will affect the scale, and with b/p/r the scale changes from that will be a lot more noticeable on a day-to-day level. I have as much as 4lb differences up and down everyday from restricting/binges/fasting. It's frustratiny and scary but the number will go down again as long as you stay consistent with your calorie intake.

food and water weight. you need to make sure the calories you're getting are from healthy food and watch your sodium and fat intake keep it low. high protein low carb is usually the best to avoid gaining water weight. I'm vegan and only eat healthy food and if I ever decide to indulge in any vegan junk food, even if I keep my intake under 1000, I'll gain a pound or two in water weight.
