I feel like some doctors do prescribe it if they feel like their patients dont have a restriction background or if the patient is willing to follow a meal plan that will guarantee they will not abuse it...but lets be honest..half of us here would def use it to get underweight or remain underweight so..

As a person who has ADHD and is prescribed adderall, let me tell you that people WILL abuse its appetite nulling properties. I literally am unable to feel hunger for the ENTIRE day when I'm on it, and that kind of thing isn't something that people won't be inclined to take advantage of -- plus the insane hunger once it wears off just makes you more prone to binging, honestly. And the days I don't take it it's difficult to control intake because of how used I am to doing basically nothing at all. I'm the long run, its use really isn't sustainable.

Hunger doesn't really factor into it for me anyway, I don't think it would help me one bit. In desperation I once got a hold of a gram of coke to stop Mia even for a day and it didn't work at all, I took some by my lonesome and I b/p just the same and ended up flushing the rest of That stupid idea away.

It's a slippery slope to give anyone with a history of an ED, ADHD meds imo. I was addicted to amphetamines for awhile, but that shit is expensive and I faked ADHD symptoms and lied about my ED to get a vyvanse prescription. Ended up popping like 5 70 mg pills a day and my health CRASHED. I just was so addicted to them. I abused the SHIT out of those things, I won't go near them ever again. The withdrawal from them was also literal hell and I'd always end up pacing around the train tracks.

So yeah, I think ADHD meds should be a no-go for people with EDs.

I really want my doctor to prescribe me this. I'm a 6 foot guy who weighs about 210. My weight fluctuates between 180 and 230.

I try to eat regular meals but I usually end up bingeing. It doesn't help that I don't weight myself on a daily basis.

When I realize that i've gained a bit of wait, that's when I fast and exercise for hours on end until i get back to a

comfortable weight.

I'm an SSRI which apparently helps with bulimia, but I don't know yet. I hope this ssri helps.
