There's a brand called sennokat in the UK which are senna fruit based natural laxatives they are pretty gentle but effective if you don't take them too often
In general laxatives are more effective the less often you take them
Maybe also try including some natural laxatives into your diet as well
Oranges/orange juice are good, bran cereals and apricots
Also avocado s if you're comfortable with them

If you're really desperate, a bottle of magnesium citrate, plenty of water, and some coffee.

If you're willing to wait a day or so, colace (or a generic) is good.

Also might be a good idea to introduce a good quality probiotic into your daily regimen, especially post-lax. Take it as directed (read the bottle! Some need to be refrigerated, taken on an empty stomach or with food, etc) and give it a few weeks to rebuild the good bacteria in your gut. While that's going on, you could also introduce some foods with pro and prebiotics into your diet, like kimchi, saurkraut, etc.

Miralax and alot of water. It's gentle and no cramps (at least for me), and you won't be like,,, shitting yourself unless you drink a WHOLE lot haha
But yeah up your fiber too, and like someone else said: if your really desperate, magnesium citrate and a lot of water.
