So i actually never had much binges , i didn't had one for months now. But i had kind of a mini binge right now. I stopped counting calories 2 days ago because i didn't loose any weight even tho i restrict so i thought in order to loose weight again i needed to eat a little more a few days and then restrict again at a very low calorie limit.
So i limited everything to only veggies and fruit (which i usually also do) . But i kind of got ahead of myself and ate 2 cornwaffles , 1 breadslice , and a few sweetpotato fries (yes i know this is a veggie ...but it is cooked so it doesn't count for me.) I know it isn't much since most people eat a lot when binging...but as you can expect ,i don't feel to good right now so i was curious what you guys do to feel better after a binge.
