grapes! I love grapes, and they’re one of my safe foods. I’ve seen people say it’s high cal, but for 20 green grapes it’s around 78cals! Plus it keeps me full for longer, than any other fruit
Currently OBSESSED with grapes omg so good

something about eating a croissant while drinking black coffee feels like relapse and i cannot explain why, it's illogical and yet the vibes say 'hm yes, this tastes like skinny'
 
Man this thread makes me jealous of other people's safe foods. I wish I could eat some of these without suddenly being possessed by the immediate and urgent need to eat the world.
 
i used to devour glasses of that stuff 🤤 i use oat milk for cereal/tea/coffee now but you cANNOT beat whole cow’s milk 👌🏻
I love it! Until recently, it wasn't a safe food for me, but now I only include it in my daily intake, and it's become a safe food because it has protein and can be good for women. Plus, I manage to eliminate cravings with it!
 
Ham, it's mostly protein with a tiny bit fat which I don't mind and almost zero carbs.

Never heard anyone else have it as a safe food which surprises me. Thinking it might be processed and unhealthy but still better than junk food, maybe it's the sodium?

A 400g pack I get is between 350 - 400 cals

I love it! Until recently, it wasn't a safe food for me, but now I only include it in my daily intake, and it's become a safe food because it has protein and can be good for women. Plus, I manage to eliminate cravings with it!

yes ham is great! a smoked ham and cheese panini is a personal fave 😋
 
I really love pizza and pasta, obviously they can be quite high in calories depending on the toppings/sauces, but I feel like I can justify it if it’s just my OMAD. What’s strange though is that I’ll have a complete breakdown over something small like a normal cup of tea with soya milk, yet I don’t panic the same way about higher-calorie foods like pizza or pasta

valid 😭 i let myself get away with a lot when i use omad 🙈 but as long as it falls under my max intake for the day i’m chill
 
chocolate!!! it's legit actually low cal if ur disciplined n i nvr hv more than 1 block at a time maximum 3 blocks a day
also (burger king) fries. i hate it i feel guilty while eating it but i like it. i dont eat it often. but if we're having fast food it's my safe option.
