To chew or not to chew?

That is the sad question.

I'm purging again. Yay me... Not.
As it's been a while my throat is really sensitive. Would if make things better if I chewed my food more or less?

I don`t know the science behind any of this, just my opinion...

I don`t care about chewing a lot on quickly dissolving food, like most wheat products (cake, bread,...). I feel like the stomach has to break it down first and it doens`t get digested so fast (??)

The other way around I try to chew veggies as a bp "base" a lot, so the sugar and other simple carbs get "sucked up" or at least somehow kinda get carried out with the veggies when purging.

Written down this looks really weird, but it`s a solid part of my bp-"strategy" u.u

Does anyone know... if food can be "manipulated" like this?
