Throwing up bile? TMI

Sorry, I know this is gross but does anyone throw up bile due to restricting/fasting? I did tonight and it was bright yellow. I haven't changed my diet but I did exercise more than usual. Could that be what's causing it? It's happened before while I was fasting but now I'm just restricting and it's happened again and I seriously think it's the worst pain ever. But has this ever happened to anyone else? Or anyone know what could be causing it?

I think I remember something about this
Could be because of the chemicals that break down food in your stomach
When there's no food, it irritates the stomach with can cause nausea which I'm assuming can make you throw up bile if it's bad enough
I get the nausea a fair bit

What TrapCeritops said. Straight up stomach acid.

It happens a lot in pregnancy too. If one day you're ever in babycenter forums and you happen to stumble onto a birth club that's in its first three months you'll see lots of talk about it. Lol.

But try taking a tums in the night.
