She’s annoying af but I don’t think she’s promoting eating disorders or anything. She eats plenty of food but since everyone is used to seeing people eat too much they think it’s disordered.

 

Exactly, I was thinking this too. Society went hard opposite to what they used to think and now everyone who isn't overweight is seen as "anorexic" which is just as bad in my opinion as when people were completely oblivious to anorexia and hated everyone who was even a little plump. I think ignoring any type of disorder (whether it be restrictive or a binge disorder) is dangerous and not helpful

I really just find it to be a more subversive form of body shaming. Essentially just the skinny version of "im worried about your health 😮" which is something skinny people will say as an excuse for why they're speaking about larger people but people do it to skinny people too now. And it's valid to worry about people's health but if someone were to say this to me in public without being a close friend or family member I'd be like fuck off lol

yeah I agree. She says that she does not count calories , and that she also eats intuitively and she just fills up on protein and veggies , has a couple bites of whatever unhealthy. And that she doesn’t crash diet idk in comparison to people that are on keto and won’t eat an apple I find it refreshing lol

 

Has she done something extra problematic recently? I keep getting video essays about her on YouTube but its literally her just saying portion control, clean ingredients and getting 10k steps. But thats being called pro-ana but the habits she shows aren't bad.

I'm confused because without knowing who she was i looked her up and one of the what i eat videos of hers i saw looks to be well well under 1000 cals. I don't think that's eating plenty. And she looks underweight for sure. But again no idea who she is just feel like she's prob not "healthy" like I'm seeing people say. Anyways, i have no stake in this game i just love to gossip

 

she seems to be putting an emphasis on being skinny which is probably why she gets so much hate. I personally don't care, but that's why because other influencers who are equally thin and eat very similarly/work out a lot don't get canceled. but I think shes back now, I saw a video of her recently.

 

the tomato thing was incredibly stupid lmao, but generally i actually like her content. im not going to be obtuse and deny that her content is triggering, but tbh its pretty tame. i feel like most people that are triggered by her already have EDs but thats my opinion.

I think she just says some of the quieter thoughts out loud. Too unbothered for ragebait, but using the "it girl" or "skinny girls do this and not that" language kinda gives me second-hand embarrassment. The latest video I saw she posted on YT was in a public locker room with a cleaning lady just doing her job in the background while Liv was monologuing some skinny-girl commandments. It was a... weird vibe? But I'll be damned if I didn't watch most of it, lmao

 

i think she's sort of awful and pretty good at the same time. i mean for someone who's mostly recovered and visits this site sometimes, some of her advice on how to maintain being thin is pretty solid. she's definitely annoying and nobody likes her voice and she doesn't seem the smartest. also, i think she has an eating disorder even though she tries to present herself as naturally slim/healthy skinny. she's too skinny for me, but she's telling the truth about how to lose weight and stay thin. i like her honesty. and her stuff about being thin just coming down to portion control and a non-restrictive mindset + listening to your body is pretty good, for someone who is recovered but enjoys maintaining the lower end of healthy. however, she doesn't practice what she preaches and obsesses about being thin and revolves her life around it which is boring as hell. i don't want to be like her. she's too rigid. if she was a little healthier, not stupid, no vocal fry, and ONLY gave healthy and maintainable tips i would love her.
