you go on a binge haul and when you purge you don't see everything you ate come up (it might have) so you sit there and flush and flush and flush but never feel your stomach is completely empty.

this is my current situation right now.

Binged on 10 bosco sticks, macaroni and cheese and rice chips... go to purge and I don't see all the bosco sticks (basically they're baked bread stuffed with cheese) totally freaking out now cause I know bread and cheese sinks to the bottom of your stomach and I keep flushing thinking that i'll see some come up but I don't and now I hate myself and cant find my laxatives

currently have the worst headache in the world from flushing ...

I can never rely on my body signals or "feeling" that my stomach is empty. I usually weigh before and after and if I'm back down under my start weight then it's all good. I know this isn't accurate because of dehydration or whatever but there's something about being under that number again that allows me to stop.

But one thing I DO know is that food looks a hell of a lot different coming back up than going down - especially if you're a chewer like me.
