Thinking about using sugar free candy as an additional way to keep bowels empty..anyone else do this? I hate feeling bloated and constipated. Does it really work? I currently am eating a sugar free lifesaver..4 = 30 calories & 1 serving. does 1 serving do the trick or do you have to eat more for it to really work as a laxative? Appreciate advice, thanks!
