I honestly have no idea if my stomach hurts because I am hungry or because I have eaten too much food? It is like a sharp pain and happens at night. It usually happens at night time after I have eaten everything, but I also want more food at the same time?? Please help.

Where is the pain located? If it's in the upper to middle abdomen ( about one hand below your sternum) and is sharp and stinging, I'd also get checked for stomach ulcers, that's what I had and from what it sounds like , my symptoms were very similar to yours. Get well soon!

I am having the same problems! Mine is on the left side of my body and in the middle of my abdomen. I am not sure if it's from not eating or eating and purging. I have tried to eat and not eat. Idk what it is.
