I don't have sore nails, but my limbs are cold as fuck. My boyfriend always feels my hands and then proceeds to do anything in his power to warm them up, like sleeping ontop of them. It's kind of endearing.

 

I have grooves in my nails, and it hurts when I touch them. I also have cold hands.

The nail pain is probably malnutrition and from your nails thinning. The cold hands can be from poor circulation.

And it didnt start till i lost my first 100 pounds. 6 years later it still here, Except it worst and still no clue what causes it. I pop ibuprofen like candy same days. worst when it cold or if my hands are not cover. It can put me in tears sometimes. it like a pain I can not describe like all your nerve are expose or a bad cavity like in your tooth,but in your fingers instead.
