When I dont want to be tempted to overeat, I drink 3 cups of water/tea right before dinner, and again about an hour later. My logic is that the liquid will fill up at least some of my stomach so I eat less. However it often leads to huge bloating and pain
Is this helping me eat less or am I just making my life harder and essentially just peeing it all out? Also would it be better to drink fluids during dinner? To reduce hunger?
