Redbull for appetite suppression?

I've been drinking redbull to get through my serving shifts. I noticed it helps me not eat!
But does anyone else use it?
I'm thinking it could help me suppress my appetite even on non working days.

But I'm scared because that's ALOT of caffeine.
And I already am starting to build a tolerance.,.

Anyone got tips/comments on this?

Thanks :))

I do this with Kickstart(Well, most Mtn Dew products), but Kickstart is their energy drink. Wide variety of flavors, and they taste better than most other energy drinks, in my opinion.

A 16 fl oz can is 80 calories and packed with 92mg of caffeine, while their smaller 12 fl oz cans are 60 calories with 68mg of caffeine.

Not sure what you mean by tips, or specifically what you're worried over(Overdose? Withdrawal?) but you can actually consume a lot(400mg worth of caffeine in a day), yet it can stay in your system for a while. I can not remember how long, but I do remember reading that it was a significant enough amount of time.

Withdrawal depends. For me, I can stop caffeine whenever and all I ever notice is a mild headache, which is manageable, while it's possible to get a severe headache, feel almost hungover, sluggish and irritable for others. I recall a time when I was about 13 or 14, and my mom's boyfriend at the time had not had his morning coffee(It had to be QuikTrip coffee), and the guy nearly got us in a wreck pulling a ballsy stunt to get into the parking lot. I never experienced a strong pull like this, unlike with cigarettes where it was very, I need this RIGHT FUCKING now.

I do not believe I have ever overdosed on caffeine, so that's something you'd have to look into. It is possible, but the mortality rate is low. Very low.

Also adding that caffeine has health benefits, so it's not bad to have it, it's just gross if you drink an insane amount of it, like me. I'm pretty sure my bloodstream flows with pure caffeinated goodness at this point, which is probably counterproductive but I feel great, so no fucks to give.

I used to practically live off of Red Bull. Drinking 10-12 cans a day. This resulted in MAJOR medical issues.

I got my first period after I came out of treatment in my late 16s/early 17s. I only spotted for two days. It wasn't even proper menstruation.
Anyways, to cut the story short, we went to the doctor, I was diagnosed with PCOS and it's one of the worst cases my doctor has ever encountered. My cysts were unbelievably large and spread everywhere. For someone at the age I was, that wasn't normal. The cause of all this was my Red Bull addiction. This made me infertile, not a big deal because getting preggo is ew, but, with that, I also have hormonal imbalance which leads to a shitty thyroid and extremely shitty metabolism as a result.

I had to give up Red Bull cold turkey and, being an obsessive exerciser, this was hard because I started getting angina attacks at the age of 17.

SO, BETHEFUCKWARE.

I drink a lot of coffee and love sugar free redbull and monster. And similarly, it helps me get through my work shifts. Also occasionally take 100mg caffeine pills. Caffeine deff has appetite suppressing qualities but I have built up a tolerance so it's not too dramatic. I drink the energy drinks even on days I don't work. I haven't noticed any negative side effects but over time idk I guess I will see. Plus, everyone tolerates it differently. I also try not to have any caffeine after 4pm or I have more trouble getting to sleep.

I don't usually have more than one energy drink a day though, cuz I'll also have 2-3 cups of coffee and maybe one caffeine pill.

I do this too, but with 0 cal monster. That's my breakfast in the morning on days my "real food" plan is high

They have 0 cal monster? Where do you get it? The lowest cal monster in Canada I've seen comes in 5-10 cals depending on the flavour. If I could get the 0 cal one somewhere I definitely would!

I had Red Bull Zero today in order to suppress my appetite and it actually worked for me. I went like 2 more hours without feeling hungry.

First of all, how could your heart handle 10-12 Red Bulls...

After 3 Red Bulls my heartbeat is unmanageable. 1 Red Bull per day is my optimal dose.

Second, what was it in Red Bull that caused infertility? Was it the caffeine?

B vitamins are supposed to help to get pregnant. Or maybe it's the elevated doses?

Are the effects reversible, are you now permanently infertile?

I'm asking because I do want children eventually, but I'm also a regular energy drink consumer.
