Hey guys, so I've been in quarantine for a month now. My original plan was to use this time to lose weight and unfortunately I haven't been successful with that. I've tried and I do lose weight but then I'll have one big binge and that just negates all my effort so I've decided to do a Protein Shake diet. I've done it before and lots a tonne if weight.
Rules:
- Can only drink Protein Shakes and a Black Coffee
- Initially I'll allow myself as many Shakes as I need just to get my body used to liquids only. After that I'll start to reduce my Shakes consumed per day
- I'll workout for 60 minutes per day. I have a small Stair Stepper that I'll use everyday
- I'll try and do this Protein Shake for as long as I can, ideally until I'm down 15 lbs. I really need to lose the weight now.

- CW: 130lbs
- GW: 115lbs
- Height: 5'5.5
