Hello

I have been eating a lot of our beloved questbars lately (currently trying to replace my chocolatecravings).. However, is it too good to be true that the calories are only 160?? I have been reading a lot on the internet regarding the nutrition facts, and a lot of people claim that it is BS, and that it contains waay more than thaT!!

I am currently freaking out.. I have eaten like 5 today(a lot, i know)!

I don't think it's a lie. I personally worry more about the fiber. It's like half your daily fiber per one bar. Sigh. Still I love them but I try not to eat more than two a day at most and at opposite times of the day. All that fiber makes me bloat and have smelly gas if I don't watch it lol

Fiber is not bad, it does make you feel bloated though, you will need to drink a lot of water.

If you're having protein bars in place of chocolate, I would say just have 1/2 bar of chocolate (like snickers) - rather than 5 questbars

Ot have protein shakes or freeze them like periodicals
My mindset is "all or nothing", so it is kind of hard for me to limit myself (thankyouverymuch recovery..)
