I was craving something cold and sweet and just concocted the best substitute for a chocolate milkshake.
You put one cup almond milk (30 cal) in blender, add one capful vanilla extract, one tablespoon Hersheys cocoa (20 cal)....some splenda, and lots of ice and blend. Can't believe how good it turned out!

How much calories is a capful of Vanilla Extract? o;
that sounds sooo amazing and it seems like I need to invest in Almond milk.

3-13 calories for the capful I'd assume. Depends on if your brand has alcohol, I think.

Instead of vanilla extract you can use jordan's slender syrups skinny vanilla flavor for zero calories and use two tbsp of hersheys sugar free chocolate syrup then your milkshake comes out to be 45 calories exactly :) the 5-15 calories of vanilla extract isn't really a lot but at the same time, it doesn't affect the taste much (in my opinion) so better to save those calories for something else :)
