My Advice I Guess? Tips That Helped Me:)

Hey guys:p First anything on here. So don't be to harsh please.
Okay, so I struggled with getting tips and tricks and the whole run down of do's and dont's. This is what helped me most.
  • Water! This is a no brainer.
  • Frozen grapes. They're cold which will lower your body temperature (not extremely). You won't eat as many so less calories.
  • Ice. I love chewing on ice. You can do this anywhere, anytime. No excuses!
  • Hot tea. This will make you feel full without having a lot of calories you don't need. And it will soothe your stomach a bunch! Sleepytime tea! Right before you go to sleep. You will wake up and feel satisfied.
  • Distract yourself. Read. Run. Play video games. Anything not to fall into hungers hands.
I'm sorry there isn't much there, but maybe it will help you out ish?

I'm type one diabetic so it is easy for me to slip into it, but basically it happens when you loos too much weight too fast combined with lots of exercise and not a lot of water making it so there is more insulin (the stuff that breaks apart sugar) then sugar in your body creating acidic blood that eats away at your muscles. If you go into ketosis to many times you can risk kidney failure, blindness, and bad circulation. So please be careful.

Boyfriend Troubles Suggestions Needed

So, last night my lovely boyfriend started telling me I don't need to lose weight and I love him for looking out for me so I need a way to hide the fact that i'm not eating. Any help would be awesome at this point.

Okay, so Theo works 4 days in a row, but then he's off for 3. I don't know what to do about eating. He's gonna get pissed if I don't eat but he doesn't want me getting fat. So ummm. Yeah lol

Oh, and anyone know how to get little arms and legs?

Umm Ow

So I think I have hunger pains, but i'm not even sure.
All I know is that my stomach hurts, and my back.
But I know why my back hurts but Jesus christ this is fucking painful.
Okay, so yeah. It almost feels like a period.(Sorry boys/men)
But I had that two weeks ago.
Is there any way to get it to stop hurting?

I Fucking Miss You!

I miss you and I shouldn't because it's been a year and 3 months. What do I do?! It's like you're sitting right here and I can't even talk to you! I want to see you again and it's not fair. You always pop up in my dreams and that's such a tease to me. I just want to talk to you one more time. Like we used to in the music room with Mr.M right there listening. I will see you , I know but I want to see you now. I just miss you</3 You were my best friend. I just want to know you're okay. I can't handle this

Venting/sobbing. Wtf. Ever.

It's Okay Just Sing a Lullaby

Yup. This is starting to get crazy. I can't even focus. I'm to deep into my mind and honestly i'm drowning in my thoughts. I don't know why i'm always here. I want out. I want to be able to make him happy and be happy too. What the hell is wrong with me :/
I just wish I could remember all the lyrics to this lullaby.
I want to listen to it and go to sleep.

Ballerina<3

So, I have recently become slightly obsessed with ballerinas. I was wondering if anyone else on here is.I found a way to get the body of a ballerina, but it is very strict. I can share if anyone would like to see and experience. Just a suggestion I guess.. There is a diet and you have to follow the diet exactly. I guess the reason i'm so obsessed is when do you ever see a fat ballerina? Never so, here goes. I don't know. This is a mix of a blog and I guess a suggestion, but I know i'm not writing to me. I want to share my experience with others also. So, I may start an actual blog on it..

What is the diet? I'm interested :)



I'm a ballerina so naturally I'm obsessed with ballet lol. You kind of have to be in order to make it your profession...there was a documentary about my school a few years ago (it's in Russia) and one of the principle ballerina's (who is my classmate's mom actually) said something in the film that is soooo true: "a ballerina is a little bit of masochist, you have to be." Lol anyway I don't know why that's relevant to what you wrote but it just made me think of that...



Well I'm curious what the diet is, care to share?

What is your workout routine?

So, I need a steady workout routine. A strict schedule. I go to bed at 7 in the morning and wake up around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I live with my love:) which makes it difficult to do any of this. I don't want him to find out and us get into a fight about it. Any advice and schedules for this stuff would be nice though. Thank you guys:p

Start to run / powerwalk 2-4 times a week, and if he asks / get worried by any reason, just tell him that you thought you should start to work out a little bit more bc its healthier. From there you can start working out more without him getting suspicious

For example you can go for a walk every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning, as a routine :)
