Okay, so I struggled with getting tips and tricks and the whole run down of do's and dont's. This is what helped me most.

Okay, so I struggled with getting tips and tricks and the whole run down of do's and dont's. This is what helped me most.
- Water! This is a no brainer.
- Frozen grapes. They're cold which will lower your body temperature (not extremely). You won't eat as many so less calories.
- Ice. I love chewing on ice. You can do this anywhere, anytime. No excuses!
- Hot tea. This will make you feel full without having a lot of calories you don't need. And it will soothe your stomach a bunch! Sleepytime tea! Right before you go to sleep. You will wake up and feel satisfied.
- Distract yourself. Read. Run. Play video games. Anything not to fall into hungers hands.
