So ive developed an intense fear of solid food,

and ive been drinking my calories, most days its 600cals,

bad days maybe 350,

I was wondering,

if anyone has experienced this,

and has the weight loss been any different?

I know the calorie in, calorie out stuff,

but how has been different?

if at all..

im wondering whats gonna happen if I can't get over this long term, like a few months...(except digestion and nutritional deficiency problems)

saaame, like weirdly enough I don't fear liquid calories nearly as much as solid ones. it's like I feel good as long as I don't literally EAT. but still as much as possible has to be sugar free etc ofc. in my experience I lose more when I only drink my calories, but probs because I don't get as many:D

There was a time where I mostly stopped eating solid foods, and almost drank soup broth exclusively. When it got time to reintroduce regular foods (since I couldn't drink soup forever) I became very ill, and it seemed like my body didn't know how to digest things anymore. The pain was excruciating. If it's possible, please try to get at least a little solid food in, especially something that will help with digestion, just so you won't have to experience the same thing.
