My lax tip....don't....just don't

Vomiting after a binge isn't working anymore. I want to try laxatives. How do I do it. Just for emergencies if I can't vomit.

How many do I take? Do I take them before or after a binge? How long do they take to kick in? Any advice or tips please

 

Don't take laxatives.
They cause you to bloat and retain water.

If you're gonna do it.... they take 6-12 hours usually and take the dosage recommended on the box. I'd think most people would take after a binge, or in the evening if you want them to kick in first thing in the AM. As someone addicted to them I highly advice against it.

 

Lax won't do anything except making you shit. The calories are absorbed and you won't lose real weight (just literally shit. and then you'll gain it back).

If you are going to do it. Most of them will give you stomach cramps, a fever, sweats, shaking and it feels like you are going to die and then finally you shit your whole being out and walk around like a zombie for the rest of the day. When you aren't sat on the toilet like a zombie wishing you had taken a few less.

I am reliant on laxatives because I fucked up my body and the amount I had to go inpatient was increased because you can't hide dying and fainting.

I didn't have anybody teach me how many. You want the safe amount...it is on the box. You will know how many you need when you experience it.

 

I wouldn't start cos once you do you can't stop they make you feel skinny after you've spent hours on the loo soon as you drink you bloat up again and it dosnt get rid of any cals and there very addictive I can't go to the loo without them anymore

 

Lax is even less effective than vomiting
So not even worth the money and pain
And you'll get dependent on lax
