yes and no ig, i use it as a rough estimate but it doesn't know your body or your metabolism etc so can be difficult, especially the more weight you lose

I took a photo of the trajectory for me and I guess it's kind of +\-?

On Tuesday 1/11/21 I told it I weighed 123.7, that I planned to eat 800 a day and work out 1-3 days a week. I told it I'm 5'2'', idk I'm like 5'1'' 5'2'' and I work a physically intense job (vet tech) so I'm not always strict on whether I put that I'm lightly active or moderately active or if I'm slightly shorter or slightly taller- I'll usually say I'm slightly active and a bit taller so it evens out if that makes sense?? Makes sense to me.

I averaged 860 calories a day for the following week and today I weighed 121lb. The calculator said I would weigh 121.9 on 1/18 and it's not 1/18 yet sooooo. Im continuing from already having lost quite a bit so it's not likely to be water weight?

Maybe I just didn't do the math right and my TDEE is higher
