I’ve lost 10 lbs in the past 2 weeks and I’m happy but I know that I may just be water weight. I’ve been eating 500 or less calories a day and exercising and I just wanted someone else’s opinion of whether it’s water weight or fat that I lost. Im scared that if I eat over 500 calories I’m gonna wake up the next day with my progress gone.

I been doing the same under 500 and some exercise. I've lost 18lb in just under a month. Don't think it is all water weight tho as now I'm maintaining but have kept it off. I am gonna keep going tho. Fingers crossed we both keep going! I often find the first bit easier then gets harder it seems xx
