This is what works for me, I drink coffee in the morning and water throughout the day. Then dinner I eat a normal style meal, which (due to having an empty stomach for a while) fills me up quickly, then repeat the next day etc. When I have small meals or snack throughout the day I feel hungrier and tend to intake more.What works best for me is having one normal sized meal a day and the rest of the time I drink very low calorie/zero calorie drinks.
