So I'm currently on a fast consuming only water/tea/coffee and beef broth, and I haven't been able to sleep but once every 3 days. I try to sleep and I just lie there tired and irritable. Does anyone have a technique to get to sleep?

Download f.flux for your computer (blue light tricks your brain into thinking it's day time).
Get dark, light reduction curtains if you're in your room a lot and don't care what time you sleep.
Hot, not caffeinated tea, or some other very low cal warm beverage.
Keep your room slightly cool.
Develop a pattern for falling asleep, mine usually involves reading until I've started to nod off, in a low lighting.
Fasting or restricting a lot usually causes mild insomnia and restlessness as you've been made aware though, it's somewhat unavoidable.
I've also heard supplement melatonin helps; haven't gotten to test it yet myself though.

Sleep aids, warm liquids, blue light filters, white noise generators, dealing with it until you eventually pass out...

There's not really a remedy, you can't tirm off your body's survival instincts, just potential helping hand actions. GL, I'm also consuming under 100 or fasting bc I currently just feel like a hot flaming noxious chemical spill of a hunan being so fuck it all right? And my sleep is starting to get fucked again but, sleep aids and tea befure bed help me.

I second the benadryl. Also I find lots of warm tea, going for late night walks until you fall asleep walking (I live in ireland in a very safe residential area, if you don't do not walk alone at night!) Hot bath with epsom salts followed by some relaxing yoga and hot tea.
Open your bedroom windows and tidy a little then read or something. Spray lavender oils on your bed.
Don't just stay in bed get up and do something, staying in bed just makes it worse.
During the day yu could always keep on your feet for as long as possible. Walk for as long as you can, clean your bedroom top to bottom ect.

Hope your insomnia gets better! If I'd doesn't I'd suggest talking to a doctor.
