I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant and I am so afraid to gain any weight. I am already extremely overweight due to my last pregnancy and gained 60 pounds. I dont know what to do. I'm extremely depressed:( my ugw is 105 and I'm currently 190ish. Please dont hate, I know I'm gross. Any help is appreciated.

so don't gain weight. discuss with your physician a healthy diet to either maintain on (loss is tricky with pregnancy) but you can feel free to inquire about how to SAFELY lose weight, if that's possible in your situation. you're overweight already and that's not great for pregnancies either so i'm sure your doctor won't judge or demand weight gain.

Do your best to keep to a strict diet that will not only nourish your fetus, but you as well. Do not restrict under a doctors recommended amount PLEASE. ♥ Stay safe.

You are NOT gross. Try your best to nourish yourself and your baby. It's not only about you anymore. I've seen some amazing postpartum breastfeeding transformations. Try to look forward to that.

I've no hope of ever having a child. Ever.
