How to purge without people hearing

Ever since I went to inpatient a couple weeks ago my dad has been spending 24/7 in the room right next to my bathroom. Earlier I was able to drown it out with the shower, but it would get suspicious if I did that 3 or 4 times in a single day. Any tips for either purging more quietly or drowning out the noise?

Tbh I just run the sink and hope no one says anything. If they ever do, I was washing my face lol not sure if that's believable at all but it'll have to do.

Learn how to purge hands free.

And/Or, do you have a food drain? Most US homes have it. It's in the kitchen and has this blade inside. It swallows your puke.

(Once you realize the power of this thing, it's fucking amazing. You are welcome, US people).

It's all good until everyone notices that the kitchen smells like puke for some reason.

I feel bad answering this as it sounds like you're a minor. do you not have any support from inpatient since you left?
Just to clarify, I'm not a minor. I'm 18, but still in high school and living with my parents.

And the inpatient place wasn't a specific eating disorder place. It was just a general mental health center that wasn't able to provide much in the way of support.
