How many cals or net cals could I eat at most a day to lose 1lb per day? Any ideas. I've had around 750 cals today but with exersize included (although it was mostly walking) it'd be more like 400.

You have to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound.

If your body naturally burns 1500 calories a day, and you eat 1500 calories a day (a 0-calorie deficit), then you must burn 3500 more calories to lose a pound.

If your body naturally burns 1500 calories a day, and you eat only 1000 calories a day (a 500-calorie deficit), then you must burn 3000 more calories to lose a pound.

If your body naturally burns 1500 calories a day, and you eat nothing (a 1500-calorie deficit), then you must burn 2000 more calories to lose a pound.

You get the idea.
