Basically, my stomach is mostly, i guess excess skin - obviously fat too, but its soft. It's pretty podgy and kinda saggy, it makes me look fatter. What should i do to fix it? Do crunches and sit-ups REALLY work? Can anyone recommend anything to me to help me please, it makes me feel so shit, and i'm not quite sure what i have to do about it - obviously toning, but is that just it?
