I've been restricting a lot more than I usually do and at the end of the day I get so lightheaded/almost pass out. I get that eating will help obviously but want to know what you do.

I use a heating pad when I can, sit down most of the time, lay my head down, and have an emergency snack with me most of the time.

I eat something very small. But otherwise, you just have to take it slow. When you get up take a deep breath and get up slowly. You can't make any fast or sudden moves - I learnt that the hard way

I have a piece of gum. It helps a lot with the nausea.

I eat a tbsp of PB2. For some reason after a few minutes I feel loads better, every time. Maybe the protein? lol I don't know. Make sure you are drinking enough water, eating food with nutrients (not all rice cakes something like that, etc.)

- Concentrating on your breathing helps a lot!

- Curling up into the fetal position

- Sipping on water or an electrolyte drink

- Sitting down with your head between your legs (brings the blood back to your heart) or laying down with your legs raised

;)

Apple.. works makes the blood sugar rise a little bit.

You need to sit down. Don't even try to stand and see what happens.

Overall:
-Drink at least two cups of coffee to raise your blood pressure
-Take vitamins to ensure you don't have deficiencies (iron, potassium and b12 deficiencies can make you dizzy)
-keep your blood sugar up by having something with sugar/sweetener and protein in it

Overall, the only solution would be nourishing yourself, but you know that

I think we all have learned the hard way, I agree with this.

I always think of 'Devil wears Prada' at this point, where the Emily Blunt character says she is nearly at goal and eats a cube of cheese when she is about to pass out. Nice idea, but I cheese scares me so I do not eat it or haven't for a long while.

I love feeling dizzy and light-headed. Makes me feel like I'm travelling like a feather! Too bad I usually have to eat something at that point so I don't faint. <_<
Me too hate feeling like I have food in my stomach !

But the nausea is a pain

I lay down or take a bath, that helps somewhat. But lying down is better.

I carry a mini can of pop that is only 80 calories if I am at the point of passing out I'll drink that.
