How can I get out of my binging cycle

Does anyone have any tips because I really want to lose weight but I can’t because I’m on this binging cycle it’s really driving me crazy

i just wait for these cycles to fade away on their own, since they do fade eventually. some are worse, some are easier to deal with. my best tip is for you to focus on eating healthy; if you can't control the amount of food you eat, try starting by controlling what you eat. even if you consume absurd amount of calories in healthy food, you'll gain less weight than eating refined sugar / vegetable oil / etc. also yeah, lots of water and chewing gum.

This is good advice! Just wait it out. Use this as a time to really nourish yourself.
