Having trouble doing the abc diet?

So, I haven't done the diet, but I know many people wind up binging on it, and I saw the skinny girls diet and it looked very doable but way to high cal, so I thought... Why not combine them? My idea is you follow abc, but allow the rule on fruits and veggies not counting to stand just like in the skinny girl diet. If you want to shake it up, make them count one week and not the next. Basically whatever works for you, but the basic idea is it prevents a binge, and insures if you do binge it'll likely be relatively low cal and very healthy food. I personally would not consider dried fruit to be exempt btw, I'd definitely count it. Raw fruits and veggies though can be ignored if it suits you.
