So I start my half marathon training this week and I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how many calories you think I can get away with eating. I've typically been eating around 800 but thats on days I haven't been running (or running short distance like 2-3 miles). I know I'm gonna have to eat more to have the energy and means to get through my runs but I kinda want to eat as little as possible if that makes sense?
