Hi everyone,

I've been vomiting up to 5 times a day for the past two months and have noticed that my face has gotten puffier (no weight gain).
Uni starts in about two months and thus I want to get rid or reduce the facial swelling before that time.
I can't give up purging though because I still have some weight to lose so the best course of action for me would be to reduce the frequency of my b/p sessions.

My questions are:

1. Have you ever successfully gotten rid of mia face?
2. How did you do it and how long did it take?
3. How often were you binge/purging before you decided to try to get rid of your mia face?
4. Did you have to complete stop purging or was doing it less often already enough to reduce the facial swelling?

1. I think so? Between having a naturally slim face, staying Hydrated, and massaging my glands regularly, I can reduce the swelling significantly. But if you're purging regularly, your glands are going to swell no matter what.

2. I guess over a period of 2-3 years. As my weight went down and I learned about harm reduction, my face size naturally decreased.

3. At my worst it was daily, and I had up to 8 b/p sessions a day. At that point I realized my face was super round and swollen, and I would wake up with my jaw locked shut.

4. After that I began looking into harm reduction. I started taking 1-2 week breaks off of b/p, doing lymphatic massages on my face and neck, drinking at least 2L of water a day, eating frequently to increase saliva, and made sure to get enough sleep every night.
