For me, I used to eat those big 1 lb bags of Twizzlers. One of those bags is 1,600 calories, which alone is over my TDEE! And at one point I was eating one of those bags once a week! The thought makes me cringe... I don't think those bags are even meant for one person to eat in one sitting like I was doing. No wonder I was gaining weight. What about you? Are there any foods that looking back on it, you're astounded that you were eating that many calories?

Just fast food I’m general. I remember I used to get Dunkin’ Donuts every morning before work. Ewww so many calories, also deep dish pizza. It’s so thick and greasy and cheesy. Gross

i have said this on so many threads but it’s just because it shocked and horrified me so bad: the bosh! chocolate slice from costa. i used to eat them all the time because my husband would bring home the ones that were being thrown out at his job. sometimes i’d eat 2 or 3 a day. they’re over 500 cals apiece! no fucking wonder i gained 15 pounds in the last year.

I used to cook with oil...lol

Animal crackers, cheezits, gold fish, and peanut butter. Also those $1 Walmart baguettes. Ramen. Pasta in general. Almost all fast food/restaurant food.

I don't really judge what other ppl eat but if I see a food that I used to eat/binge on, I'll feel physically sick and repulsed by the fact that I've eaten it and know what it tastes like...

RXBars . I went through a few weeks of living off of them because I thought it would help me lose weight. I actually GAINED weight from them and felt like crap. Never again! Lol.

I also can't believe there was a time when I ate any food normally. It's all about calories and restriction now...

peanut butter straight from the jar.

This...oven cheese thing. Like an entire red cheese or camembert and I used to only eat it with toast / white bread or baguette.

HOW WAS I STILL SKINNY???

I wish I could go back to those easy times ;______; Now I eat skinny sauce and shirataki noodles and piles of carrots. fml.

Meat!! I’m a vegetarian for years, but like pre ed and pre vegetarian me used to eat chicken and like meat even from fast food places!! Now I can’t even look at meat without nearly being sick!! Also eggs and fish 🤢

Frozen meals and snack foods like mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, pizza bites, etc. Also fast food and meat. I was keto for 6 months and thinking about all the oil, cheese, meat, and butter I consumed in that time frame makes me want to die lol

As aspartamefiend said I used to cook with lots of oil and butter, so unnecessary in some cases (non-stick pan anyone?) also used to eat whole packets of chips and lollies in one go, slatherings of peanut butter, I LOVE peanut butter but I don't let myself have it :(
OMG RIGHT? I shudder at the memories of the quantity of olive oil I would sauté spinach in, thinking I was being healthy...unholy, honestly lmao

I can relate to so many of y'all's posts… but namely like OP a giant pack of twizzlers to myself. Also things like an entire frozen pizza, McDonald's, Wendy's frosties almost daily, fast food 5 days outta the week, soooo much pasta and like eat it straight outta the pot (my main bingey food was a whole box of Kraft Mac and cheese straight outta the pot after making it)
