For me, I used to eat those big 1 lb bags of Twizzlers. One of those bags is 1,600 calories, which alone is over my TDEE! And at one point I was eating one of those bags once a week! The thought makes me cringe... I don't think those bags are even meant for one person to eat in one sitting like I was doing. No wonder I was gaining weight. What about you? Are there any foods that looking back on it, you're astounded that you were eating that many calories?
